Big Moves, Bold Dreams - what’s new & what’s next!
What a whirlwind the last week has been — and I couldn’t be more excited to share everything that’s been happening behind the scenes! Whether you’re here for the laughs or looking to make serious changes in your life, I’m with you all the way. Life can throw a lot at us (sometimes total crap, let’s be real), but you don’t have to face it alone.
What a whirlwind the last week has been — and I couldn’t be more excited to share everything that’s been happening behind the scenes!
Together with my brilliant friend Ali from Vitality Fitness, we launched a survey asking people using GLP-1 medication to share their experiences. We wanted to understand the real impact — beyond just the physical changes. What we found? There’s a definite gap when it comes to support around mindset, self-image, and fitness. And guess what? We’re here to change that. Ali and I are working on ways to fill those gaps and help people achieve not just weight loss, but lasting results — more energy, more confidence, and a better relationship with their bodies and minds.
Speaking of lasting change...
I'm writing a BOOK!
It’s called ‘Just F**king Do It’ — a no-BS guide for women who are done with waiting, doubting, and playing small. Pre-orders are now open, and if you’ve ever needed a fire lit under you, this is it. (Check out my website to pre-order — the more orders, the more motivation I’ve got to finish the damn thing!)
And if you’re ready to take action now, I’ve just launched my brand new six-week coaching programme:
Unstoppable in Six.
This is for the women who are done feeling stuck and want to reconnect with their purpose, boost their energy, and gain the clarity to move forward with confidence. This is your sign!
To all my new followers and subscribers — THANK YOU! Your support means the world to me, seriously amazing stuff. You’re helping me live my dream, and I’m so grateful to have you here.
Whether you’re here for the laughs or looking to make serious changes in your life, I’m with you all the way. Life can throw a lot at us (sometimes total crap, let’s be real), but you don’t have to face it alone.
Let’s smash this week, together.
With love,

Getting clarity when you don’t know your arse from your elbow
It’s like you’re running on autopilot, ticking the boxes, but underneath it all you feel a bit… lost. Not dramatically lost—just that quiet, low-level “what am I even doing?” kind of lost.
There’s a particular kind of fog that creeps in sometimes. You know the one I mean—where your head feels full but empty at the same time, and no matter how many lists you write or podcasts you listen to, you still can’t quite get a grip on what you’re doing or where you’re going.
It’s like you’re running on autopilot, ticking the boxes, but underneath it all you feel a bit… lost. Not dramatically lost—just that quiet, low-level “what am I even doing?” kind of lost.
I call this the “don’t know your arse from your elbow” phase. And if you’re in it right now, you’re not alone.
This is something I go through all the time - I sit down at my desk feeling all ‘productive’ and then completely loose momentum - nothing feels ‘worthwhile’ all of a sudden. I see this all the time, speaking to friends, contacts, clients. There’s this moment—or season—when everything that used to make sense suddenly doesn’t. The job that once felt secure now feels stifling. The relationship you’ve poured energy into doesn’t feel quite right anymore. Or maybe things look perfectly fine on the outside, but inside you’re craving something more meaningful, more you.
And it’s frustrating, isn’t it? Because you’re smart. Capable. You’ve held it all together for years. So why can’t you just figure this out? Arrrgghhhh!
Here’s what I worked out the hard way and know I can tell you: confusion isn’t failure. It’s growth.
When you feel like everything is up in the air, it usually means something deeper is shifting. You’re starting to see through old patterns, old roles, old expectations. You’re no longer willing to just “get on with it” if it doesn’t feel aligned. That’s not a breakdown—it’s a breakthrough in progress. It’s the contraction before the expansion, if that makes sense.
But, of course, that doesn’t make it feel any less overwhelming!
I want you to know that it’s okay if you don’t have a plan right now. It’s okay if you don’t have a clear goal or a perfect answer. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down long enough to listen—to yourself, to your body, to what’s been quietly calling to you underneath all the noise.
Clarity doesn’t always arrive with trumpets and lightning bolts. Often, it shows up in whispers—in those small moments where something clicks, where you feel a spark of “yes, this.” It’s not about forcing a decision. It’s about getting still enough to notice what’s already trying to rise to the surface. You have to be a little bit, dare I say it, selfish. For me this was sitting back and reassessing, everything that makes me happy, what I really want from this one, precious, life.
And you don’t have to do that alone.
Sometimes, the most helpful thing is to talk it out with someone who gets it. Someone who won’t tell you what to do, but will help you hear yourself more clearly. That’s what I do as a coach—not to fix you (because you’re not broken), but to walk beside you while you remember who the hell you are!
So if you’re in the thick of it right now, wobbling your way through the fog, just know—clarity is coming. And if you’d like a safe, no-pressure space to explore things, I’m here. No pressure. Just two humans, having a real conversation.
Here’s to finding your way—even if you’re not entirely sure where your elbow is right now ;)

Taking the Leap: From HR to Horses, Coaching & Big Dreams
After 17 years in the business I built, loved, and grew in every possible way, I made the decision to step away from my HR consultancy. It was more than a career shift—it was a full-circle moment. I wanted to reconnect with the parts of me that had been waiting patiently on the side-lines while I poured everything into building a successful business.
The last couple of months have been nothing short of transformative. I gave myself the gift of time: time to reset, time to be still, and time to explore what life beyond the comfort zone looks like.
That time took me to Africa, a place I had never been, for a riding safari in Kenya. It was a lifelong dream—galloping alongside giraffes, watching elephants from horseback, and sharing sundowners on Pride Rock (yes, it’s a real place and just as magical as it sounds). It was the ultimate combination of my love for travel, animals, and horses.
From Kenya to the Maldives, I swapped gallops for barefoot days on the beach, ticking off another bucket list destination with my family. We spent two blissful weeks living the Robinson Crusoe life—diving with sharks, sipping piña coladas, and watching the sun dip below the horizon. It was dream life territory, and I soaked up every moment.
But amidst the sunsets and safari dust was something deeper: a sense of clarity. I realised how much I’d been craving something new, a new challenge that aligned with who I am now.
Leaving the business world I knew so well—with its steady income, reliable team, and familiarity—was terrifying. It came with sleepless nights, plenty of self-doubt, and more than a few “what ifs.” But it also came with a renewed sense of purpose.
Now, I’m pouring my energy into building my coaching business—supporting other business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs who feel stuck or ready to shift. I know how it feels to be at a crossroads. I know what it means to walk away from what’s familiar in order to create something more meaningful.
Here’s what I want to leave you with: If there’s something on your heart—a dream, an idea, a change—go for it. Even if you can’t see the whole path yet. Even if it’s not perfect. Just start. Trust your gut. Take the leap.
Because growth doesn’t happen inside your comfort zone.
And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is give yourself the chance to begin again.
If you're feeling stuck, considering a pivot, or just need someone to help you clear the fog and reconnect with your purpose, I'd love to support you. You can learn more about my coaching offers on my website or drop me a message to chat.
